How to Apply

Thank you for considering Waterloo Christian School as your partner in education! Waterloo Christian School historically receives more family applications than we have space available. We aim to make the application process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Step One: Complete a Student Application

This application helps us get to know your family and your child’s educational needs. It also puts you in our system so we can follow up with you regarding the next steps of the application! 

Step Two: Attend a Discovery Day

Please note if you would like to get to know the school more before you fill out an application you can attend a Discovery Day as your first step. A Discovery Day allows you to see and hear all that WCS is and has to offer! 

Step Three: Attend a Student Shadow Day

Prospective students are invited to experience a day at Waterloo Christian School by shadowing a current student in their grade level. This allows your child to get a feel for our school environment and meet potential classmates. (Note: This step is not required for incoming kindergarten students. Families of incoming kindergarten students should plan to attend our Kindergarten Readiness Day)

Step Four: Admissions Decisions

The earliest admissions decisions will be mailed on March 1st. Families will be notified of their admission status and provided with the next steps for enrollment.
